MS348 Fixed Tooth Mulcher for Skid Steer
Our most light weight fixed tooth brush mulcher for skid steers. With adequate flow, the MS348 brush mulcher will efficiently cut heavy vegetation and light brush using high speed teeth. The concave shaped carbide tip provides aggressive brush mulching action by chipping the brush bit by bit. Part of the secret of their performance is the ease of rotating the teeth so there is always a sharp edge to make mulching easier.
Operating a Brush Mulcher from a skid steer list probably the most comfortable way for vegetation management, as your work is directly in front of you and new skidsteers are very operator-comfort focused.

These durable skid shoes help the mulcher to better float over the ground for optimal cutting action.
INTEGRATED BRUSH BAR
The integrated brush bar helps control the brush and bend taller brush for easier mulching.
6 FREE TEETH
All MS348 Brush Mulchers come with a free set of 6 replacement teeth. These replacement teeth are conveniently shipped in a robust enclosed compartment on top of the frame.
HIGH SPEED TEETH
The concave shaped carbide tip of our High Speed Teeth provide aggressive cutting action by chipping the brush bit by bit. This round tooth is 3 teeth in 1. Simply loosen the lock nut and rotate the tooth to a fresh, sharp cutting edge. This can be done three times, extending the life of each tooth.
HARDENED TOOTH HOLDERS
Heavy-duty teeth holders resist bending and keep you working longer.
SPIRAL TOOTH PATTERN
For smoother mulching, the spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time.
OVERTORQUE PROTECTION – RELIEF VALVE
The relief valve protects the motor and the hydraulic system from pressure spikes. When an obstacle is hit the relief valves open and relieves the pressure.
REINFORCED BELT
A heavy duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. This offers protection from the shocks inherent in mulching.
WIRE PROTECTION
Protective steel cover that prevents damage from wire fencing.
POWDER COATED
Our powder coat finish is much tougher than conventional paint to stand up to the rigors of mulching and helps prevent rusting.
ANTI SLIP STRIPS
For ease of entry and exit from the cab an anti-slip strip gives sure footing.
