- A constant velocity tractor PTO and a center drive shaft with a torque limiting clutch provides power and protection to the bottom driven monobloc gearbox.
- Bottom drive monobloc gearbox with 3-1/8″ output shafts vs. 2-1/2″ on the competition
- Dual hydraulic cylinder guillotine/metering style endgate
- 3/4″ thick vertical beaters w/ replaceable beater blades vs. 1/2″ on some competitors.
- Vertical beaters feature reverse flighting on the top 20+″ of the beater flighting. This patented feature allows for an even spread pattern of material.
- The hydraulically driven apron features heavy-duty dual drive apron gearboxes.
- 3/4″ marine grade 80 log chain vs. competitor’s 5/8″
- Heavy 2″ x 4″ x 1/4″ tubular apron slats
- Single-bolt, easy-adjust main apron chain
- Rubber tongue suspension is standard equipment, not an option like some of the competition.
- Heavy-duty rectangular tubing is used for the pole to ensure strength and long life.
- Removal of the beater assembly is done by simply removing the mounting bolts and disconnecting the PTO gearbox driveshaft.
