H&S TF6132 Twin-Flex Merger
H&S Manufacturing Company, Inc. is pleased to introduce a NEW Twin-Flex merger model….the TF6132 Twin-Flex Merger that merges seven 10’ windrows into one! Two 16’ heads for 32’ of continuous merging with the following standard features:
- ISOBUS aux n compatible or optional non-ISOBUS control box
- Steering axle with 385/65 x 22.5 16 ply flotation implement radial tires and aluminum rims
- Soft-Shoe suspension system
- Largest hydraulic system capacity on the market in the 32′ model class – 65-gallon reservoir

Soft Shoe Suspension System
The H&S Soft-Shoe Suspension System is a self-contained, self-monitoring hydraulic suspension system provides the softest merger head footprint in the industry. As the merger is operating through the field, the Soft-Shoe™ suspension system provides a self-regulating feature that constantly adjusts the weight on the skid shoes. It delivers a footprint that reduces field damage from head scuffing and minimizes wear on the skid shoes. The Soft-Shoe™ feature allows the Twin Flex merger to handle all types of field conditions, including wet soils, rough terrain, and new seeding.
With the additional pump section on the PTO pump assembly that provides constant system pressure, the computer controlled valve regulates the head suspension system flow & constantly adjusts for weight fluctuations that come with continually changing field environments, especially in rough and rolling ground. The computer controlled logic receives information from the pressure sensor, and sends signals to control the valve at a rate of up to 125 signals per second. By diverting oil through the control manifold, the hydraulic weight transfer system maintains a constant system pressure throughout the entire 20” of header travel. Asjustments to head suspension system pressure are made from the in-cab control console.

Self-Contained Hydraulic System
A 65-gallon reservoir, coupled with large displacement motors for the pick-up heads and cross conveyor, is able to handle Heavy crops.
Cross Conveyor & Patented Center Cam/Center Drive Systems
The highest torque rated hydraulic drive motors, together with fluted rolls and heavy 42″ wide high-capacity 2-ply cross conveyor belts, make it the best system in the industry to move heavy crop! The Twin-Flex provides smooth clump-free windrows — No Bunching! Merge left, right, or split direction on both models. The belts can also be stopped and started at any point while merging.
Large Diameter Pick-Up Heads
All heads are approximately 31″ in diameter with an 8″ drop to the cross conveyor. The greater distance of drop from the head to the cross conveyor allows for a better release of material and eliminates bunching of material, thus resulting in an even feed into the harvester for increased capacity.
Steerable Axle & Wheels
Shown in the picture above, the heavy-duty steerable axle with 385/65 x 22.5 16 ply Agri-Transport flotation implement radial tires and aluminum rims (A) allow the 6132 TWIN-FLEX merger to easily maneuver on the windrows. The Agri-Transport radial tire provides superior performance over 5 the road and in field applications.
