Cross Channels
2. 5″ cross channels are welded to the stake pockets for added strength and are also used as a chain return slide.
Side Stakes
Side stakes are 2 ½″ x 2 ½″ 10 gauge tubular steel with a 15 ½″ spacing between them.
Solid Poly Floor
All Wide Body boxes have ½″ thick virgin grade solid poly with rectangular tubular steel on the outside and C-channels in the center that run lengthwise under the floor for added strength.
Front Flip Down Panel
The NEW bolted Front Flip Down Panel is available with an optional electric actuator for ease of field opening.
Hydraulic Center Mount Drive
The patented hydraulic center mount drive on all Wide Body boxes provides smooth, troublefree operation. Spring-loaded tighteners are on the main apron drive for less stress on the main aprons upon engagement.
Dual Windows @ Front End
The 8200 series features a new front end design with dual windows!
Rear Door Selection
Dual gate delay on all models!
The Wide Body box offers a choice of a top pivot rear door with dual cylinder hydraulic gate delay (1) or double barn doors for chassis or truck mounting (2).
New dual cylinder hydraulic gate delay system allows for a fully open rear door.
Side Transport Lights & Hydraulic Hoses are optional on all Chassis Mount Boxes (A)
