All MX530 Brush Mulchers come with a free set of 6 replacement teeth. These replacement teeth are conveniently shipped in a robust enclosed compartment on top of the frame.

Planer Tooth Style

The Planer style tooth feeds its appetite for brush bit by bit, taking small bites and providing the most efficient mulching and cutting. Although planer style teeth are efficient, their flat profile make them vulnerable to shattering on impact with rocks and other debris. For that reason, this style of tooth is recommended for cutting applications where efficiency is more important than tooth life. Planer teeth are bolt-on replaceable for quick and easy servicing and replacement even in the field.

SPIRAL TOOTH PATTERN

For smoother mulching, the spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time.

OVERTORQUE PROTECTION – RELIEF VALVE

The relief valve protects the motor and the hydraulic system from pressure spikes. When an obstacle is hit the relief valves open and relieves the pressure.

REINFORCED BELT

A heavy duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. This offers protection from the shocks inherent in mulching.

HEAVY DUTY FRAME

Heavy duty frame with T1 alloy tool steel sheet metal for all the main areas. Powder coated frame with multiple anti-slip pads to give you secure footing for ease of entry and exit from your cab.

WIRE PROTECTION KIT

Protective steel cover that prevents damage from wire fencing.

POWDER COATED

Our powder coat finish is much tougher than conventional paint to stand up to the rigors of mulching and helps prevent rusting.

OVERHUNG LOAD ADAPTER (BEARING SUPPORT)

Baumalight mulchers use an overhung load adapter which is designed with tapered roller bearings to stand up to the rigors of heavy mulching.

Excavator Mounting

Baumalight offers two options to mount your attachment on your excavator, blank weld-on plates & turn key custom solutions. All Baumalight excavator mounting options are manufactured in Canada and our team of experts will work with you to ensure you receive the best solution for your excavator.

Blank Weld-On Plates

The bank weld-on plate is designed for you to weld on your own ear lugs for your specific excavator mount. The bolt pattern in the plate lines up with the bolt pattern on Baumalight attachments, allowing you to bolt the attachment in place.

Turn-Key Custom Solutions
