Beaver Valley Warranty Policy
- Warranty Will Apply According To The Original Manufactures Warranty Policy.
- Warranty Registrations Must Be Completed & Returned To The Manufacturer Or Beaver Valley Supply At The Date Of Sale.
- All Warranty Claims Must Be Filled Out Completely & Received By Beaver Valley Supply Within 30-Days Of Failure.
- Include Dealer Info, Invoice Of Sale From Beaver Valley To Dealer, & Date Of Sale From Dealer To End User
- Include Serial Number From Unit.
- Include Price & Freight From Invoice Of Part. (Warranty Will Cover Standard Freight ONLY)
- Include A Detailed Description Of Repairs
- All Parts Must Be Returned To Beaver Valley Supply To Receive Warranty.
- Whole PTO’s Will Not Be Covered Under Warranty Unless Under Certain Circumstances. Warranty Will Typically Only Cover PTO Parts.
- Parts May Be Returned Prepaid By The Dealer; Or Make Arrangements With Beaver Valley To Pickup Parts On Our Truck Or By The Salesman.
- All Items Will Be Returned To The Manufacturer For Warranty Consideration & Claims Will Be Credited According To The Manufacturer Warranty Policy.
- Before Labor Work Is Done On Claims Beaver Valley Supply Must Be Contacted To Verify Manufacturer Warranty Labor Policy & To Decide If Replacement Or Repair Is To Be Done.
- Pictures Are Required By All Manufacturers In Order To Process Warranty Claim.
- Operator Error Will Not Be Covered Under Warranty.
